سياسة الاسترجاع (Refund Policy)

 


نحن نحرص على رضاكم التام، وفي حال لم تكن راضيًا عن طلبك يمكنك طلب استرجاع خلال ١٤ أيام من استلام المنتج.

 

  • يجب أن يكون المنتج غير مفتوح، غير مستخدم، وبحالته الأصلية وقابل لإعادة البيع.

  • تتم عملية الاسترجاع من خلال بوابة الدفع المستخدمة، وقد يتم خصم بعض عمولات التحويل البنكي أو بطاقة الدفع.

  • تكاليف التوصيل الأصلية غير قابلة للاسترداد، ما لم يقتضِ القانون خلاف ذلك. في حالات الاسترجاع بسبب تغيير الرأي التي يسمح فيها القانون بتحصيل رسوم الاستلام، يتحمل العميل رسوم استلام المرتجع بما يعادل رسوم التوصيل، أو وفق مبلغ تحدده الإدارة بحسب الحالة. نوضح لك المبلغ ونحصل على موافقتك قبل ترتيب الاستلام. لا تُطبق هذه الرسوم على المنتجات المعيبة أو غير المطابقة، أو في الحالات التي يوجب فيها القانون الإرجاع دون تكلفة إضافية.

  • بعد تواصلك معنا لطلب الاسترجاع، نرتّب موعدًا لاستلام المنتج من عنوانك بواسطة المندوب. بعد معالجة الطلب واستلام المنتج ومعاينته والتأكد من أهليته للاسترجاع وفق السياسة المعتمدة وحقوقك القانونية، نبلغك بنتيجة الطلب. تبدأ مهلة تنفيذ الاسترداد البالغة 5 أيام عمل من تاريخ قبول المرتجع، وليس من تاريخ تقديم الطلب أو استلام المندوب للمنتج.

  • في حال قبول طلب الاسترجاع، ننفذ رد المبلغ إلى وسيلة الدفع الأصلية خلال 5 أيام عمل من تاريخ القبول (بعد خصم أي رسوم تحويل إن وجدت). لا تشمل أيام عمل المتجر الجمعة والسبت والعطل الرسمية. أما وصول المبلغ وظهوره في حسابك فيعتمد على مدة معالجة البنك وبوابة الدفع، وقد يستغرق وقتًا إضافيًا بعد تنفيذ الاسترداد من طرفنا.

Refund Policy

 


We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.

 

  • Items must be unopened, unused, in their original condition, and resellable.

  • Refunds are processed through the original payment gateway, and some transaction or bank fees may be deducted.

  • Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law. For change-of-mind returns where collection charges are permitted by law, the customer pays a return collection fee equal to the delivery charge, or another amount determined by management according to the circumstances. We will confirm the amount with you and obtain your agreement before arranging collection. These charges do not apply to defective or non-conforming products, or where the law requires a return at no additional cost.

  • Contact us to request a return, and we will arrange for a courier to collect the product from your address. After processing your request, receiving and inspecting the product, and checking its return eligibility under this policy and your statutory rights, we will notify you of the outcome. The 5-business-day refund initiation period starts when the return is approved, not when you submit the request or the courier collects the product.

  • Once your return is approved, we initiate the refund to your original payment method within 5 business days of approval (after deducting any applicable transaction fees). Our business days exclude Fridays, Saturdays and public holidays. When the funds reach and appear in your account depends on your bank and payment gateway and may take additional time after we initiate the refund.
