سياسة الاسترجاع (Refund Policy)

 

نحن نحرص على رضاكم التام، وفي حال لم تكن راضيًا عن طلبك يمكنك طلب استرجاع خلال ١٤ أيام من استلام المنتج.

 

• يجب أن يكون المنتج غير مفتوح، غير مستخدم، وبحالته الأصلية وقابل لإعادة البيع.

• تتم عملية الاسترجاع من خلال بوابة الدفع المستخدمة، وقد يتم خصم بعض عمولات التحويل البنكي أو بطاقة الدفع.

• تكاليف الشحن غير قابلة للاسترداد، ويتحمل العميل رسوم الشحن عند الإرجاع.

• بعد استلام المنتج وفحصه سنقوم بإعلامك بقبول أو رفض طلب الاسترجاع.

• في حال قبول الطلب، يتم تحويل المبلغ إلى وسيلة الدفع الأصلية خلال 5–40 يوم عمل كحد أقصى (بعد خصم أي رسوم تحويل إن وجدت).

Refund Policy

 

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.

 

• Items must be unopened, unused, in their original condition, and resellable.

• Refunds are processed through the original payment gateway, and some transaction or bank fees may be deducted.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–40 business days (after deducting any applicable transaction fees).
